Connor Ross of McQueen (Nevada) broke his own meet record in the 800 by clocking 1:56.15 -- lowering last year's mark of 1:56.93 -- and helped his team win the 4 x 400 relay in 3:33.49 at the California state indoor final at Save Mart Center in Fresno.
